Inter-Club Challenge 5K

On March 15, 2009 the Rockland Road Runners hosted the Inter-Club Challenge 5k at Rockland Lake State Park, NY. The race started near the Knickerbocker Fire House on Landings Road. It was a brisk day and the mode was friendly as runners from various runners clubs like Rockland Road Runners, Orange Runners Club, the Hudson Valley Runners, Sullivan Strider's and the Bronx Road Runners came together for the Inter-Club Challenge 5K. The course was a hilly run around the outer road of the Park. I enjoyed the run and I am beginning to pick back up on my daily mileage!
